Who's gotten better luck with other advertising programs than Google and what programs have you found that were better?
Also, who has good "Free Click" Deals?
I've tried
Bidvertiser - $20 free clicks with NO obligation before or after, and I got fairly good traffic, but the payperclick ads that went on my site weren't targeted at all, so it didn't bring in much revenure. Good for Advertisers, not so great for Publishers.

I've thought about trying Kontera and I'd like to, but I don't have enough traffic yet to qualify.
