Yes, obviusly thats considered as spam. You'll be emailing a a lot of guys that don't know you or your company and are probably getting spam emails from somewhere else already so your ewmail will be ignored and reported as spam.

There is no right or wrong answer to this because spam isn't a legal term in its common usage. You can buy data that is completely, 100% legally compliant including names of users who agreed to a TOS that includes rental of their name and to the casual person it's still spam. I'm not trying to dodge the argument one way or the other, I'm just pointing out that you can ask this same question to five people and get three answers. Then you can ask this question to a court and a person and get two answers. In that regard it's totally dependent on the situation in question and the person answering. So there is no yes or no answer in the non-legal realm without more specifics, there's just how people feel - and most people feel like anything they don't like is spam, so in its casual usage that's all that matters. Now if your concerns are legal then there are exacting guidelines and specifications for what is and isn't spam and how people feel doesn't amount to a bucket of warm spit, so if you're interested in that answer then go look up CAN-SPAM laws and the various state laws in places like WA and UT.

Be warned about offers for that kind of service, you just might find yourself on their list instead.

SPAM.

And I agree with newt, you will find yourself in their list as well, once you send only 1 mail to people without knowing them, you loose your trust, so I would say STAY AWAY from them, but again its upto you and the person you are dealig with.

those are spammers for sure !! do not rely on this company or even try to contact them becuase if you contact them once, you are in their list, there is no way to go back, becuase if you request to remove your email, then your email will be added to another list..

Beh, I hate this things. My friend got over 6000 emails in one day for doing one of those. I was about to hack the site when I was like, "Wait- wouldn't this make me as bad as them?" haha! Okay, not very funny. But it was stupid, I hope the websites like that all fall apart and the webmasters suffer from a series of unlawful injuries!!!

*Mwahahahahahaha!!!*

Well thats why if you do not want to get spam by others do not post your email address on public this is just a way to prevent from getting spam

as for you to send emails ... make sure if you want to send them regarding about your website or business make sure you know the person you are sending too. i am sure you can get lots of internet friends online form chatting and this is just a way to get more friends to visit your website.

If once your server is labeled as spam all the domains under it will be involved. so shared hosting is also dangerous. Once you think your community have tons of traffic and ur earning from adsene its time for you to move to dedicated servers
