where is the copyright law ? only stand out on March 15th ?replicas supporters say :" replicas are everywhere, and someone just can't afford the luxury items at that ridiculous price, compared with the cost they manufactured it .income varies from the people's job ,we have the rights to buy what we want!."it seems to be right, but it is a pain for the founder, they said this is a stealing from them .but why they struggle to their rights so many years ,and this business still survive ?according to my opinion ,i think the market should be the one which identify all of this : where there is need first ,then the supply. and what if the replica not expensive and has good quality ? what is your choice ? here are some good sites, try to give ur advices pls:http://www.in-brands.comhttp://www.nike338.com _________________ Web Development Blog |

| While I fully support being able to buy nice things at an affordable price, there are copyright laws that have to be adhered to. Luxury items are branded, by the name on their labels to the design on the bags featuring their logo. Most companies' brands, images, logos, likeness, etc. are protected by copyright. For another manufacturer to create a "look-a-like" product using either the same brand name or one so similar it confuses the customer into thinking they're buying the actual product, they are violating the copyright.Even though these luxury brands are already raking in the dough from legitimate purchases, another person is making money off that company's reputable brand and that is illegal. In addition, the fake is usually of such poor-made quality that it could possibly harm the real brand's image as a company that sells quality products -- an image that it spends millions to maintain. Some people buy the cheaper look-a-likes because they like to have the appearance of owning nice things without spending the $1,000 to have it. Many of us want to look successful. Others do it just so they can say they did. It's almost like saying, "Look how little I had to spend to get this 'Prada' purse. Top that!"The only problem with that is, these folks are unknowingly helping the culprits break the law. I certainly didn't know that back in college when I just HAD to have the "Louis Vuitton" duffel bag from the vendor at an intersection! |
