Sorry calvin, I think discretion should be exercised when talking about such illegal websites, so I have deleted the link. Thanks for bringing it to peoples attention though so it can be dealt with.
it looks like this person is trying to get banned someone else by putting his publisher id, becuase no one will ever do something like this, you can report this to google
