Revenue sharing is a great idea that is implemented on
many websites today. You can make a lot of money by just posting at XiTalk forums.
Here is how it works, first of all you need to setup google adsense account with http:/www.google.com/adsense, click on the link "Set Adsense" from the header and add/save adsense publisher_id and channel ID, and you are done.
Now, google adsense displays ads on our forums in each thread/topic at 2 spots (currently), in the top right corner and in the bottom. Soon as user sets his/her profile and posts a topic, they will gain 50% revenue from the ads posted revelent to his/her topic. It will display your ads 50% of the total time, and you will immediately notice the view and clicks in your google adsense account.
This is a great idea and on some forums people are making $XXXX by just posting to the forums, so be creative and post a topic where other users can get themselves involed and make it interesting.
Post about your favorite topics.
Ask questions and still make money.
Share you knowledge and make money.
Note : Do not try to cheat google, you will not only be banned from this forum but also by Google Adsense team as well. Remember Google bans accounts forever.
Why I dont see my publisher ID when I view source of my own thread ?
This is to avoid accidental clicks of your own account. If you click on your own account your IP is logged and whenever you will login to your Google Adsense account, it will flag that the same user has clicked his own Ad, and the your account will be banned in result. If you want to verify your threads with your publisher ID, then logout from XiTalk Forum and view your thread as Guest / Visitor, but again dont click on it becuase google track everything.
Basic Requirements to participate
You must have a Google Adsense Account, and you must have minimum of 1 thread here.
How can I setup my publisher ID here ?

Was this a surprise to get this notice in my email. How ironic... !!

Ali.... this is great. But I don't quite understand it.. You say, edit your profile at XiTalk.com and add adsense publisher_id and channel into your profile, and you are done.
I don't understand what you mean by my adsense publisher_id.... nor do I see where to add it in my profile... HELP.
Now this won't interfer with my existing account at Adsense will it..?? I don't want to rock that cash cow... !!

Welcome and nice to see you here, first of all congratulations for being accepted by Google Adsense program and as you said you are already into it, so thats really great.
I am sorry I didnt realise I changed the method and didnt update this thread. What you have to do, is setup your Publisher ID publisher_id and channel_id (if you have already created) at "Set Adsense" area, you may click here for setting up your adsense publisher id..

let me explain this once again, if the above instrucitons and details were not clear. XiTalk is an adsense revenue sharing community that means we share revenues generated by Google Adsense,
Is this allowed by Google ?
Yes - there is no harm to share revenues..
How this works ?
Once you have an adsense account, Google gives you a publisher ID, which is used in the Adsense code given by google, here at Xitalk you give add your code in the area I mentioned, what happens next is, you post a topic, then you have 50% of then chances that if your thread is being read by members and anyone clicks on the links, it will be deposited to your account, for example if you have posted a topic about anything very interesting and many people find it useful they will certainly particpate in your thread, Google will display relevent ads in your topic, currently at two spots, first in the top right corner and second just under the first post, so anyone inerested in related ads will click on ads, and if it ws your publisher ID, the ad commission will be deposted in your Google Adsense account, our system displays Ads based on 50% XiTalk and 50% the thread starter...
Google Adsense Channels are created to track your websites' reports and/or pages, this way you can get statistics about impressions and clicks form any specific website / page. I will share all my knowledge about optimization of pages for Google Adsense, we do have a Website review forum, for example if anyone wants his/her site reviewed for optimization of adsense etc.
Google Adsense is a good stream of income and once you have many topics posted at XiTalk you have a new stream of income.
What we all members will do here is share our knowledge about anything, it can be related to designing, coding, programing and/or even general topics about entertainment, sports, music etc...

Okay.... I"m sure you explained it right... I just didnt' understand it right..! 
I will give this more attention at the end of the day. I've got to get to work now.
I"ll try to find my publisher number... it must be somewhere. Like I said, I'm new to this so am a bit lost. I also want to confirm that this isn't going to upset the apple cart with my Adsense account.

you can find the publisher ID in your google adsense code, for example here is the publisher ID
google_ad_client = "pub-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX";
replace XXXXXX with the number you have in your code, you have to get this ID from your Adsense Code and put it here at XiTalk forums. Revenue sharing is allowed by Google and it will not hurt your Adsense account unless you remian fair the best way to confirm is contact Google direclty.
as far as I know there is no problem with this, and I personally know people making Adsense $XXXXX per month - yes FIVE figures per month easily.

I believe this is very neat idea becuase a forum is nothing without its users and users can benefit from this idea as well. so thanks.
people certainly make $100 per day but not from day one, they start a website, learn, discuss and then at some point they can make $100, I am also at single figure per day at some sites, but I hope that I can get more traffic and increase my revenue and this forum will also contribute a little too
