You can blog at blogger.com then add you adsense to it.the next thing you need to know it the key to success. go to this website to get the key to success of google adsense

I use this one http://okayblog.net/Just add your AdSense ID in the admin area and select AdSense ready template with preinstalled code in it. That's all

I agree that blogger is a good option. Some of my blogs are on blogge and the adsense revenue is quite decent. Also blogger posts tend to get indexed pretty quickly, at least mine do, and SEO is pretty straight forward
